Introducing a game-changing update to our CRM's Communities feature: Membership Questions. Now, effortlessly prescreen and approve community members with custom questions, streamlining onboarding and ensuring a perfect fit for your private groups.

Community Membership Questions: The CRM introduces a new Membership Questions feature in Communities, allowing businesses to ask potential community members questions before they join, streamlining the onboarding process.👇🏻

⭐️ How To Use Community Membership Questions:

  1. Access the Memberships tab from the left navigation Menu and then go to Communities and click on Groups.

  2. Now Login to your group.

  3. In your group Click on the Settings Icon.

  4. Now click on the Newly Added “Membership Questions " feature and then Click on “+Add Questions”.

  5. Select the Questions Type which you want and hit the save button.

  6. After Adding the questions True on the Membership Questions Toggle and then hit the Save button.

  7. This is how the questions look in real time.

  8. When a contact will answer the questions go to the peoples tab to see the request.

  9. In the people tab select Requested from the dropdown list to see the request.
