⭐️ How To Use IVR Enhancements | Added Say_Play Option To Record Voicemail Action: To start using this feature, follow these straightforward steps:
Access the automation tab from the left sidebar menu. then go to the workflows tab and click on “+ Create Workflow”.
Choose to create from scratch or edit an existing one.
To use “ Record Voicemail ” action in the workflow make sure to use “ Start IVR Trigger “ otherwise it will not show up in the Actions List.
After selecting the trigger choose a Phone Number you want to use and then click save trigger.
Now select “Record Voicemail “ action from the actions list.
In the IVR section, locate the new "Play a Beep" option.Toggle the option to enable or disable the beep sound before recording.
Optionally, enable the "Add Voice Instructions" feature.Write or upload an audio file with personalized instructions for users.
Save the changes, and experience a streamlined IVR recording process with the added benefits of a beep indicator and customized instructions.
